Safe and Compassionate Healing
My individual therapy sessions provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore the issues preventing you from living the life you desire. I recognize that uncovering and addressing these past issues can be a challenging and emotional journey, but rest assured, you are not alone. Together, we will identify and heal traumatic memories, shift distressing emotional states, rewire limiting beliefs, and expand your infinite potential. Most sessions, including the first one, will consist of implementing one or more therapeutic modalities like Brainspotting or Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), as these lead to faster and more effective relief of distressing mental health symptoms and unresolved trauma. Often this can be done with minimal talking, if that is what you prefer, which makes this approach as comfortable and safe for you as possible.

Accelerate Your Healing Journey
Intensive therapy sessions provide an opportunity to significantly accelerate your healing process by extending the duration of your therapeutic sessions to 2 or more hours on a given day or over the course of several days. These sessions are customizable to meet your unique needs. Intensive therapy consists of multiple sessions of Brainspotting or Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) designed to maximize healing and restoration in a condensed timeframe. Through intensive therapy, you will experience profound emotional shifts and process multiple layers of traumatic memories in a matter of hours, rather than stretching the process out over weeks and months of individual therapy sessions.
